中侨主办公民入籍仪式欢迎50位新加国人

（本网讯）2018年5月11日，在温哥华中侨互助会总部举行的一次公民入籍仪式上，五十人成为新加拿大人。该仪式由加拿大移民、公民和难民部组织举办，标志着中侨互助会自1998年开业以来首次在其总部举办此类活动。

中侨互助会行政总裁周潘坤玲（上图右2）表示：“我们很荣幸举办这次公民入籍仪式，并见证50人的生活永远改变的重要时刻。”在过去的45年中，中侨互助会已帮助成千上万的移民入驻并在加拿大发挥其全部潜力。看到这50人在加拿大旅程中庆祝这样一个重要步骤对我们来说特别有意义。“

Citizenship found hosted by SUCCESS welcomes 50 new Canadians

May 12, 2018 – Vancouver, BC – Fifty individuals became new Canadians at a citizenship ceremony held at the SUCCESS head office in Vancouver this morning. The ceremony was organized by Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Canada Citizenship and marked SUCCESS’s first time of hosting such an Event at its headquarters since the location’s opening in 1998.

“We are honoured to host this citizenship ceremony and to bear witness to the significant moment at which 50 people’s lives changed forever,” said Queenie Choo, CEO of SUCCESS “Over the past 45 years, SUCCESS has helped tens of thousands of immigrants to settle And achieve their full potential in Canada. Seeing these 50 people celebrate such a momentous step in their Canadian journey is very meaningful for us.”

Citizenship Judge Roy Wong presided over the proceedings at today’s ceremony. Commodore Jeffrey Zwick, Commander Canadian Fleet Pacific, Royal Canadian Navy, Canadian Armed Forces; and Bonnie Teng, Board Secretary, SUCCESS Board of Directors, served as special speakers on behalf of SUCCESS
